The U.S. Postal Service unveiled the design of a postage stamp featuring world-famous singer Frank Sinatra, while his three children - Nancy, Frank Junior and Tina - looked on.
The stamp, designed by artist Kazuhiko Sano, is based on a 1950s photograph of the entertainment icon wearing his trademark fedora hat and showing his famous blue eyes. It also includes Sinatra's autograph.
The unveiling, in Beverly Hills, California, coincided with what would have been Sinatra's 92nd birthday. The singer, dubbed "Ol' Blue Eyes," died in 1998.
Postal officials said 120 million first-class Sinatra stamps will be printed. The stamp will be issued next spring.
In a career spanning 50 years, Sinatra won 11 Grammy Awards and numerous other accolades.
In 1954, he won an Academy Award for best supporting actor for "From Here to Eternity", and was nominated for best actor two years later for "The Man with the Golden Arm."
He was recognised at the Kennedy Centre Honours in 1983.
The post office in his native Hoboken, New Jersey, was renamed in his honour in 2002.
